Counsellor, Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist, mBACP and RegCOSRT
I have 6 years in my field and specialise in helping individuals or couples who are experiencing sexual and /or relationship difficulties and work with a wide range of presenting issues.
I also work with indiviauls who are seeking therapy for personal needs, or who are facing issues such as anxiety & depression.
Through my private practise I provide an empathic, safe and nurturing environment in which these issues can be understood and worked through. Although starting therapy can sometimes feel like a daunting experience, it can lead to a better understanding of one's self and others we relate to. If this is your first to step addressing difficulties with sex and/or relationship problems, well done! Hopefully you'll find some of the answers you're looking for.
Can be useful in addressing ongoing relationship difficulties between you and your partner. It can be useful to have an impartial & trained therapist to guide you through common problems areas:
Differing sexual appetites
Lack of intimacy
Frequent arguments/ conflict
Feeling distant from your partner
Managing through the pandemic
I'd be really happy to hear from you and have an initial discussion or answer any further questions you may have.
I am member of the BACP and have obtained PGDip from Middlesex University in Psychosexual & Relationship therapy. I also have a foundation certificate in counselling skills, specialising in loss & grief and have 5 years client experience.
Along with my private practice, I am also part of the Psychosexual team at Croydon University Hospital, having previously worked at The Awareness Centre (TAC) & The Richmond Fellowship.
